Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Reza, founder of Omni Wave.
For over a decade, I worked as a fitness coach, helping more than 1,000 people improve their health, confidence, and performance. Along the way, I noticed a common struggle, even among people with healthy habits: brain fog, poor focus, low energy, poor recovery, and feeling mentally drained.
Living with ADHD myself, I became obsessed with understanding how to optimise mental and physical performance naturally, without relying on medication. That journey led me into years of deep research, mentorship from industry experts, and a certification in Applied Nutritional Neuroscience.
Through both my own experience and working closely with clients, I realised that while nutrition, sleep, movement, and lifestyle are the foundation, the right supplementation can make a meaningful difference.
That insight led me to create Omni Wave.
What started with Deep Work, our flagship nootropic for focus and mental clarity, has grown into a range of science-backed products designed to support the areas many people struggle with most: focus, energy, sleep, recovery, and daily performance.
