Refund policy
We’re confident you’ll feel the benefits of Deep Work, so we offer a 30-Day Focus Guarantee. If you’ve used the product consistently and don’t feel it has supported your brain fog, focus or mental clarity, we’ll offer a full refund—no return required.
Note: The 30-Day Focus Guarantee is available for first-time purchases of Deep Work only, and limited to one refund of single item per household.
This guarantee does not apply to any other supplements or products on our website. Refunds for other products are only available if the item is returned unopened, in its original condition and packaging. Opened or used items (outside of Deep Work) are not eligible for refund unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
To qualify for Focus guarantee:
- You must request it within 30 days of receiving your order.
- You must have used the product as directed (e.g., daily or as instructed on the label).
- You’ll be asked to complete a short feedback form or briefly share your experience with our team.
Important:
- The guarantee only applies to your first order of a single item (one pouch).
- If you’ve ordered multiple items or in bulk, only one opened item is eligible for refund. To receive a refund for additional units, you must return the unopened items at your own expense.
- Refunds for bulk purchases will only be processed once returned items are received and inspected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
