Subscription Plans

When you subscribe to any Omniwave product, you're agreeing to a plan that includes an initial charge followed by automatic recurring charges at the delivery frequency you selected (e.g. every 4 weeks).
By choosing to subscribe, you confirm that you understand and accept responsibility for all future charges until the subscription is cancelled.

Subscription Payments

Your first payment will be taken at checkout. After that, you’ll be automatically charged based on your selected frequency — for example, if your first order is placed on the 10th of the month with a 4-week frequency, your next charge will occur 4 weeks later on the same day of the week.

You won’t be charged again until that renewal date. We’ll attempt to take payment using the method you selected at checkout. If payment fails, the order will be paused until payment is successfully completed.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via the customer portal.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.
Cancellation takes effect immediately unless a charge has already been processed for the upcoming delivery.
If you've already been billed for the next order, your subscription will cancel after that delivery is fulfilled.

Skipping, Pausing, or Amending Deliveries

You’re free to pause, skip, delay, or update your next delivery via the customer portal.
Please make any changes at least 5 days before your next billing date so we can update your order in time.

You can also pause your subscription indefinitely and resume it later whenever you’re ready.

Product Availability

All subscription orders are subject to product availability.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we may skip that order period. You’ll never be charged for a product we can’t ship.
If you’d like to switch to a different product, you can do so easily in your portal or by contacting support.

Promotional Offers

Occasionally, we may offer promotions for first-time subscription orders (e.g. extra discount or limited-time bonus).
These apply to your first subscription order only.
Ongoing subscribe-and-save discounts will still apply to future orders — but additional promotions (like sales, coupons, or free gifts) generally will not, unless specifically stated.

Shipping for Subscription Ordes

The shipping method you choose for your first subscription order (Standard or Express) will apply to all recurring orders.
Free shipping is only available for orders over £50.
If your recurring order total is below that threshold, standard shipping charges will apply.

Changing Subscription Products

You can update the product you're subscribed to anytime through the customer portal.

Right to Refuse or Cancel

Omniwave reserves the right to cancel or refuse to renew any subscription at our sole discretion, without needing to provide a reason.
